Scheduled maintenance for FortiAppSec Cloud is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. (Pacific Time). We expect to complete the maintenance by 5 p.m. (Pacific Time). During this window, we will perform a service upgrade. • Application Traffic Impact: Sites with DNS A records pointing directly to the affected load balancer’s IP address may experience connectivity interruptions during the upgrade. • Services Not Affected: Applications using their assigned FortiAppSec Cloud CNAME are not expected to experience interruptions to traffic processing or security protection. • Action Required for Affected Customers: To avoid connectivity interruptions, please replace any A record pointing directly to the affected load balancer’s IP address with the CNAME assigned to your application in FortiAppSec Cloud before maintenance begins. Update — Maintenance Rescheduled To allow customers additional time to update their DNS configurations, this maintenance has been rescheduled to October 23, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Maintenance will no longer take place during the originally announced window. Customers with DNS A records pointing directly to the affected FortiAppSec Cloud service IP addresses should complete the recommended change to their assigned CNAME before the new maintenance window, allowing sufficient time for existing DNS caches to expire.
